Job Description:
Xact Chemical Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Dry Ice Blasting Technician to join our Xact Blast team in Weatherford, TX. As a Dry Ice Blasting Technician, you will be responsible for performing dry ice blasting services on various industrial equipment and surfaces. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in diverse environments, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry ice blasting equipment to clean industrial machinery, pipelines, and other surfaces.
- Perform on-site assessments to determine the appropriate blasting techniques and settings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure job requirements are met.
- Travel to various job sites as needed, including overnight and extended trips.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dry ice blasting or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Description:
Xact Chemical Solutions is currently seeking an Application Specialist to join our team in Weatherford, TX. This role is critical for the safe and efficient delivery and application of chemicals at client sites. Candidates must hold a CDL with an X endorsement and be prepared to handle responsibilities that include operating specialized delivery equipment and maintaining rigorous safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport chemicals to client sites.
- Operate and maintain chemical delivery equipment.
- Ensure accurate application of chemicals as per client specifications.
- Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations concerning chemical handling and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Must have a current Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
- Proven experience in chemical handling and delivery preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality protocols.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate routes efficiently.
